Words whose initial letter is capitalized have defined meanings under the following conditions. The following definitions will have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

* Orders means a request from you to purchase goods from us.

* Means the person accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that person accesses or uses the Service, as applicable.
Your rights to cancel your order
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the Order and you will not incur any cost for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns
For goods to be eligible for a return, make sure that:
* The goods were purchased within the last 14 days
* The goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
* The supply of Goods packaged to your specifications or clearly customized.
* The supply of Goods that by their nature are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or have expired.
* The supply of Goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.
* The supply of Goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only normally priced Goods can be refunded. Unfortunately, merchandise on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Return of goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. We therefore recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery received.
The gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the Products were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor received the Order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the donor.
