1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products specifically listed on the Site www.chinottissimo.com in the event that the contract for the purchase of such products is concluded through the Site. (“Products”).

1.2 The sale of Products through the Site constitutes a distance contract governed by Chapter I, Title III (Articles 45 et seq.) of Legislative Decree September 6, 2005, no. 206 (“Consumer Code”) and by Legislative Decree April 9, 2003, no. 70, containing the regulation of electronic commerce.

1.3 These Terms of Sale apply to all sales of Products made by Caffè Haiti Roma srl, headquartered in Rome -Via Ardeatina 1010, henceforth Caffè Haiti Roma srl, through the Site and do not apply to the sale of our products by Third Party Sellers. They can be changed at any time. Any changes will be in effect from the time they are posted on the Site in the “Terms of Sale Policy” section on the Site. Users are therefore encouraged to regularly access the Site and consult the most up-to-date version of the Terms of Sale before making any purchases.

1.6 These Terms of Sale do not govern the sale of products by monitoring parties. Caffè Haiti Roma srl is therefore not responsible for the contents of such sites nor for any errors and/or omissions and/or violations of law by them.

1.6 In order to place online orders, you must log on to www.caffehaitiromaeshop.it. Registration presupposes the customer’s release of his or her own information regarding: personal data, privacy, personal contact details e-mail address and other information useful for the successful completion of registration, or, where consent is given, for sending commercial communications.
At the end of the procedure, the customer will be asked to enter in addition to his personal identification data: username and password. The use of the username and password will facilitate access and usability of online services as well as enable the receipt of information regarding period promotional campaigns.

1.7 Orders can be formalized only after the completion of the online purchase procedure, where the release of all information relevant to the fulfillment of the same is required (mode of payment, shipping, etc.).

For each order placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided during the registration process.
The moment of conclusion of the contract between Caffè Haiti Roma srl and the consumer/user is when the order sent electronically by the consumer is received on the server of www.caffehaitiromaeshop.it.

Caffè Haiti Roma srl reserves the right to refuse the order both for the hypotheses of lack of the prerequisites of truthfulness and authenticity of the order – for example, incomplete or inconsistent personal data of the customer, hypotheses of default of the customer already manifested in previous purchases on the site, and for the hypothesis of non-availability of the goods in
warehouse.
In any case Caffè Haiti Roma srl reserves, with the availability of the customer, the right to proceed to verification activities about the authenticity and veracity of the order.

1.8 Product prices are expressed in euros (€) and are inclusive of the Value Added Tax (V.A.T.) in force for the respective product categories to which they belong. The resulting total price at the end
of the purchase process should be understood to include shipping charges and any additional sales taxes. Prices may also be subject to change due to causes whether or not dependent on Caffè Haiti Roma srl. Subject to the above, the price of the products will be as stated on the site at the time of order.

1.8 The payment methods accepted for purchases on shop.chinottissimo.com are as follows: Credit Card, Paypal and Bank Transfer in Advance. Payment is made through all major credit cards belonging to the Visa,Nexi ,Carta si, MasterCard and Postepay circuits through computer systems that
guarantee the absolute security of the transaction. Users must provide their credit card information in the purchase order. It is also possible to use the PAYPAL service. In both cases, the request to charge the corresponding amount is made only when the order is processed.
